KidzSize Active provides a varied, engaging and fun activity programme for children aged 5-10 years old during the school holidays.
We appreciate the importance of keeping children active and healthy and our programme incorporates a wide range of exciting activities for children to get involved with.
KidzSize Active Camps offer a series of themed days allowing children to access a wide variety of activities.

Adventure & Challenge Days
Epic Explorers Forest Schools
Join our team of explorers and undertake a range of fun and interesting activities while thy explore a new found island and discover ways to survive in their new environments. Explorers must first set up camp by creating their own shelters, scavenger for resources, search for local wildlife and create wilderness arts and crafts as evidence of their findings and much more. Explorers will keep their artefacts when they return to their home lands, along with their memories from the day.
Hot Shot Challenge
During our HOT SHOT challenge day children become hot shot academy trainees and will move through the academy testing their skills in a range of hot shot target challenges and games. Activities include combat gaming, nerf gun challenge, sling shots, archery and much much more. Trainees will graduate from the Hot Shot academy at the end of the day, having learnt loads of news skills and having an action packed day.
High & Mighty
Our group of adventurers have become stranded in strange lands and must find their way to safety. To reach the safety of home our adventurers must complete a series of challenges, specially designed for our explorers age. They will have to untangle from our ‘spiders web’, stay safe during ‘toxic waste’, avoid capture whilst stealing rings from the ‘giants finger’, ensure they don’t fall into the crevasse when crossing on the ‘teeta totter’ bridge, ‘cross the swamp’ of alligators, scale the cliff ‘climbing wall’ and finish the day with our adventure scramble including the TERMINATOR TURMOIL inflatable obstacle course.
Wacky Crafts & Mad Science
Messy Makers will get involved in some super fun activities, including slime making as part of our slime factory, creating sock puppets, making lava lamps and getting involved in some very fun wacky races. Messy makers can be boys and girls who love to create exciting and wacky things. All they need to bring is enthusiasm and creativity.
Manic Movement day is ideal for our young Rocket Scientists, Mechanics and Flight Engineers. Participants will undertake a number of workshops, which combines science and craft to create a whole range of moving vehicles and projectiles. Create your own air powered racing car, stomp rockets, heat powered boats and investigate human powered projectiles with slingshots.
An ideal day for any budding engineers as they will design and build a series of constructions using a wide range of resources to achieve set outcomes. As well as a whole host of everyday items, they will use specialist construction kits within the various tasks throughout the day. Challenges include height, length and weight considerations. Participants have to work together to design their construction ideas, before getting on and making the build in line with their design specification. Towers, bridges, parachutes, vehicles and much, much more are all part of the days challenges.
Multi-sports Mash Up
Our very own KidzSize Olympians will take part in an exciting Olympic training camp in the morning and then go for gold in the afternoon during the Olympic events competition. Taking part in fun and inclusive activities to learn techniques in track and field events (including javelin, hammer, shot put, discuss, sprinting, hurdles, long jump, triple jump) and a range of other Olympic sports (including basketball, volleyball, hockey and archery). We want Olympians of all abilities who are looking for a sporty fun day of activities to learn new skills and have loads of fun.
A day for champions of all abilities; taking part in eight different sports sessions each day participants will have a fun filled and action packed experience. Sport session are made up of fun skills activities to practice key skills from each sport followed by a game and/or challenge in that sport. A mixture of traditional and non-traditional sports are included in each ‘Sports Extravaganza’ day ensuring there is something for everyone. These can include football, netball, tag-rugby, short tennis, badminton, hockey, kwick cricket, dodge-ball, lacrosse and much much more. Children will get ‘Active Champions’ points through out the sports session’s which go towards their ‘Active Champion’ certificate at the end of the day. This is a great day for children who want to get physically active, have fun, make new friends and take on the sporting challenges.
American Multi Sports
This exciting day is an extension to the amazing KidzSize Sport Extravaganza day but involves a whole range of American sports including basketball, American football, ultimate frisbee, softball, handball. Sport session are made up of fun skills activities to practice key skills from each sport followed by a game and/or challenge in that sport. Children will get ‘Active Champions’ points through out the sports session’s which go towards their ‘Active Champion’ certificate at the end of the day. This is a great day for children who want to get physically active, have fun, make new friends and take on the sporting challenges.
Special Theme Days
Our superhero academy provides a day of awesome themed activity for our next generation of superheroes. The first task involves deciding what superhero powers you have and designing your superhero uniform. The day also includes making superhero mask and capes, undertaking a superhero multi skills and fun fitness session including completing the superhero obstacle course, playing a range of superhero fun games, superhero flight school and Kryptonite factory fun. An activity packed theme day for everyone.
The jungle mayhem day involves a fantastic mixture of activities all themed around the jungle, jungle creatures and jungle habitat. A range of fun physical activities & challenges and arts & crafts activities make up a fantastically fun day. Jungle slime making, paper chain python, pipe cleaner snakes, elephant races, jungle treasure hunt, jungle animal asks and much much more. A packed day of activities great for everyone.
Junior Spy Academy
New recruits joining the Spy Academy will go through a whole host of fun training activities. This action-packed day will include sniper shooting, bomb de-activation, survival skills, drawing a pistol, the art of disguise, code cracking and gathering evidence to identify a potential crime. The day concludes with teams of junior spy’s undertaking their very own secret mission.
Our days run between 9.00am and 5.00pm (each day).

Lifetime Membership is available for a one-off cost of £25.00 per child, which reduces the cost by 10%. We will also apply a 20% sibling discount to any booking where 2 or more siblings are attending the same programme.

Comfortable clothing and sensible footwear should be worn. Waterproof coats in adverse weather conditions should be provided. Sun cream and hats are required for summer time clubs.
Yes, you will need to provide your child with a packed lunch and refillable drinks bottle. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks can be placed in the lunchbox.

We provide a wrap around service of care meaning parents have the option to drop children to us for early bird sessions and collect later by using our late stay service to best suit your working needs.
